The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life into what you want it to be. I do not address any mental health diagnosis nor do I provide one. How long is coaching? Coaching can be short term, but individuals enjoy having a coach to encourage, support, and motivate towards accomplishing goals. In coaching, we will stay away from the mental health theories, ie, depression, anxiety, etc. and while receiving coaching services we will utilize the Law of Attraction. I believe what we think about most of the time, we either are or we will become. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC#51793. I can be reached at (909) 529-6205 or you may email me at mindfulcoachingandtherapy@gmail.com to discuss how I may be able to help you. |
